Shipping & Returns
We ship via United States Postal Service. You must have a valid United States Postal Address for shipping purposes.
We only ship to the Continental United States
If you ordered the wrong item we will give you a full refund on any unopened items less the shipping cost upon return. A 20% restocking fee may apply if an order is older than 90 days, the order was very large, or for special order items that have been returned. We rarely apply the restocking fee.
Call or email us to let us know it’s coming back. We typically do not accept returns after 30 days.
For a full refund or exchange on stability belt:
- Call us at 908-505-8080 to obtain a return authorization number.
2. Pack the item in its original condition in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
3. Ship it back to us within thirty days of receipt.
Returns without authorization are refused.
We do NOT accept returns on used or opened items unless the mistake was ours or the product is defective
TreadMill Max LLC reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from pricing errors.
